Delete Your Account

You can delete your FaithfulMatch account at any time, from inside the app or by contacting support.

Option 1: Delete inside the app

Open FaithfulMatch and go to:

Follow the on-screen confirmation to complete the deletion. You do not need to reinstall the app to do this.

Option 2: Request deletion without the app

If you no longer have the app installed, you can request deletion by emailing faithfulmatch@empoweredforwealth.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." Please include:

• The email address on your FaithfulMatch account
• The name on your profile

Do not include your password in your request — we will never ask for it. We may need to verify your identity through the email address on file before processing a deletion request submitted this way.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, your profile, photos, messages, likes/matches, and preference data are removed or anonymized so they are no longer associated with an active, identifiable account.

What may be retained

Some limited information may be retained after deletion where necessary for:

• Fraud prevention and platform safety
• Legal and regulatory compliance
• Payment and subscription records
• Resolving disputes
• Ongoing safety investigations, including reports involving your account

The estimated processing period has not yet been confirmed by the business and will be added here before publishing.
